FLORAL ICE CAVIAR DISPLAY

this incredible floral ice display was not the easiest DIY, but you’d be surprised how simple it is! I filled up a big pot with boiled water (you need to boil it so the ice is not cloudy!) Dunked my spray roses upside down and covered it with the pot cover. I put it in the freezer overnight and then flipped it upside down into a large dish & placed my caviar on top!

I made matching ice cubes for the champagne

Makes for a perfect caviar display while keeping it cold throughout the night!
